We are seeking an experienced Catering Sales Coordinator for the Birmingham Jefferson Convention Complex located in Birmingham, AL

About the job

Join a role where you’ll lead all aspects of conference center and catering sales, serving as the primary contact for clients seeking exceptional event experiences. You will guide clients through tailored recommendations based on event type, purpose, and timing while collaborating with Culinary and Catering teams to ensure flawless execution. This role combines sales, coordination, and client engagement to deliver memorable events that meet both client expectations and organizational goals.


The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $27.05 per hour - $35.01 per hour
