The Job
Prepare and cook menu items for the Skyroom Restaurant and catered events while maintaining quality, speed, cleanliness, and food safety standards. Training is available for motivated team members-tasks may be adjusted for minors where permitted.
What You'll Do
โ€ข Work a designated station (grill, fryer, sautรฉ, pantry, or prep) as assigned
โ€ข Cook menu items to recipe, portion, presentation, and timing standards
โ€ข Prep ingredients (portioning, chopping, labeling, stocking)
โ€ข Support catered-event production (batch cooking, plating, hot/cold holding)
โ€ข Maintain proper food temperatures and follow safe handling procedures
โ€ข Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized throughout service
โ€ข Follow sanitation and safety rules (handwashing, gloves, cross-contamination prevention)
โ€ข Assist with opening/closing duties (restock, wipe down, sweep/mop, trash removal)
