• Deliver high-quality, safe, and compassionate patient care by implementing evidence-based treatment protocols catered to individual patient needs.

• Execute comprehensive treatment programs established in partnership with patients, sharing your expertise and insights to facilitate recovery.

• Perform in-depth evaluations, including gathering relevant medical history and conducting specific assessments to formulate effective treatment strategies.

• Accurately document all patient interactions and care activities, ensuring a complete and precise account of the patient's progress—from initial evaluation to discharge planning.

• Maintain compliance with all corporate and clinical standards, as well as state and federal regulations, to ensure best practices in patient care and safety.

• Communicate clearly and respectfully with patients, families, and healthcare team members, fostering collaboration and support throughout the rehabilitation process.

• Participate actively in facility meetings, contributing to the continuous improvement of our clinic’s services and operations.

Our clinic primarily serves a diverse orthopedic population, including post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. As a Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to tailor your treatment approaches to a broad spectrum of cases, enriching your professional experience while making a significant impact on patients’ quality of life.

• Must hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution, ensuring a solid foundation in the principles of physical rehabilitation.

• A valid state licensure to practice physical therapy in Virginia is required, demonstrating adherence to professional standards and legal regulations.

• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association is mandatory.

We are looking for candidates with at least two years of clinical experience in physical therapy. Preference will be given to those with a background in outpatient orthopedic settings, as this will enhance the ability to meet the specific needs of our patient demographic.

The annual salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, our benefits package includes:
