Thomas Oliver's Gourmet Catering is one of New York City's premier off-premise catering companies, serving corporate clients, social events, weddings, nonprofit organizations, and private events throughout the five boroughs. We are seeking an experienced Corporate Catering Sales Manager to expand our corporate client portfolio and help drive our next phase of growth.

This is an opportunity for an accomplished sales professional with established relationships in the NYC corporate catering market to make an immediate impact.

We're looking for a motivated business development professional who understands New York City's corporate catering landscape and has a proven ability to generate new business.

The ideal candidate has experience selling catering to law firms, financial institutions, pharmaceutical companies, technology firms, media companies, executive assistants, office managers, and event planners throughout Manhattan.

• Develop new corporate catering accounts throughout New York City.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and in-person sales calls.
• Build relationships with executive assistants, office managers, HR departments, event planners, and corporate decision-makers.
• Conduct regular client visits and menu tastings.
• Represent Thomas Oliver's at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions.

• Manage existing corporate accounts while expanding their annual catering spend.
• Prepare customized proposals and presentations.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing.
• Maintain exceptional client relationships that generate repeat business.

• Partner with operations to ensure flawless event execution.
• Attend key events when appropriate.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP corporate clients.

• Maintain an organized sales pipeline using Caterease or a similar CRM.
• Prepare weekly sales forecasts and activity reports.
• Work closely with culinary and operations teams to ensure successful execution.

• Minimum 5 years of corporate catering sales experience in New York City.
• Existing relationships with corporate clients and event decision-makers strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success generating significant catering revenue.
• Experience using Caterease or similar catering management software.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

• Base Salary: $90,000–$110,000
