If so, Paramount Events wants you to join our dynamic sales team as a Catering Coordinator! 

As a Catering Coordinator at Paramount Events, you will be the central point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring every event runs smoothly from proposal to execution. This role combines organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality to deliver exceptional experiences for our clients. This is a performance-driven role with long-term growth potential - high performers can expand responsibilities, advance within the team, and grow their career in event management and sales.

Job Responsibilities: 

Create and edit customized proposals within our catering software

Act as liaison between Event Managers, outside vendors, and clients to ensure clear communication and successful execution for every event

Order equipment, linen, and other event needs

Distribute paperwork to kitchen, warehouse, and staffing departments

Produce event diagrams (floorplans) using All Seated software

Create event packing lists

Prepare Event Manager's binder per event

Submit post-event paperwork for billing and payment processing

Be on-site liaison on events

Follow-up with clients after an event

Attend venue visits and take notes

Attend networking events

Create tasting menus and tent cards, as needed

Perform other duties as assigned

Two or more years of experience required in hospitality or food & beverage industry, catering preferred
