The Senior Manager, Assortment Activation, leads the strategic planning and execution of key modular and relay initiatives to drive business objectives. This role ensures operational excellence by managing resources, mitigating risks, and maintaining execution standards across formats. Acting as a critical liaison among cross-functional teams, the position supports data-driven decision-making and continuous process optimization. The role also emphasizes talent development and fosters a culture of high performance, accountability, and integrity to deliver impactful results aligned with enterprise goals.

Our team delivers actionable assortment insights by identifying gaps and expanding effective solutions to meet customer needs. Collaborating closely with Assortment Activation and site merchandising teams, we optimize floor plans, category space, and adjacencies to enhance the in-store experience and accessibility. Focused on data-driven decision making and category strategy, the team leverages advanced analytics to optimize assortments and drive business results. We foster a collaborative environment that supports continuous improvement, innovation, and cross-functional partnership to ensure effective space planning and execution aligned with business objectives.
What you'll do:
  • Lead end-to-end planning, governance, and oversight of modular and relay initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals.
  • Manage portfolio capacity and resources to meet dynamic business needs and seasonal priorities.
  • Establish and institutionalize execution standards and best practices across store formats.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align decisions, clarify roles, and optimize data utilization.
