Cat Scan Techs prepare patients for scans, ensure their safety, and maintain imaging equipment. They play a vital role in the diagnostic process within hospitals, clinics, and imaging centers.

To thrive as a Cat Scan Tech, you need a solid understanding of anatomy, radiologic technology, and patient care, typically earned through an accredited radiologic technologist program and ARRT certification. Proficiency with CT scanners, PACS systems, and radiation safety protocols is essential.
