Job description

SiteWORX is an award winning total site development company located in Lebanon, Ohio. We specialize in mass excavation and underground utilities for large residential, commercial and public projects.


What you will be doing:

  • Contributing to a safe, secure and healthy work environment.
  • Operating heavy equipment related to large site development work.
  • Openings include:
    • Underground Utility Crews: Excavator, Wheel Loader, Track Loader
    • Mass Excavation Crews: Scraper, Dozer, Articulated Truck, Excavator, Compactor
    • Fine Grade Crews: Dozer, Motor Grader, Skid Steer
  • Operating late model equipment (Caterpillar, John Deere, Komatsu)
  • Performing regular basic maintenance on equipment. (grease, clean tracks)
  • Using hand tools i.e., shoveling to clean tracks, climbing in & out of equipment, working on uneven surfaces.
  • Working with other team members to ensure all equipment, tools and material are properly maintained.


Qualifications for this position:

  • Detail Oriented - Thorough with all work tasks (installations, connections)

  • Organized - Tools and material kept in the right place. Maintain a neat and clean cab on the equipment.

Preferred Experience:

  • 5 years' experience operating heavy equipment.
  • Experience using CAT Controls
  • Understanding construction drawings and GPS experience is considered a plus.


Must Haves for this position:

  • Valid driver's license
  • Dependable transportation, team members are responsible to get to various work sites throughout the area.
  • Must be able to meet physical demands of the position; ability to lift over 50 pounds, walk on uneven surfaces, stand for periods of time, bending, kneeling and work in all weather conditions.
  • Must pass a Pre-Employment drug screening and Randoms as we are a Drug Free Workplace.
