Job Description

This role involves performing physically demanding labor in a pre-cast concrete production facility, including tying rebar, setting up forms, and assisting with concrete pours on an assembly-style line. You will work closely with a team while independently meeting structured production times in a temperature-controlled environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with pouring concrete as needed, ensuring proper placement and finish.
  • Perform physically demanding tasks such as bending, kneeling, and lifting throughout the shift.
  • Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during daily tasks.
  • Follow production schedules and meet structured production times independently.
  • Adhere to all safety procedures, including the use of required personal protective equipment.
  • Collaborate with a group of coworkers to maintain workflow and production quality.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with facility standards.

Essential Skills

  • Prior experience in construction, concrete work, machine or equipment operation, or assembly manufacturing.
  • Ability to perform intense physical labor, including frequent bending, kneeling, and standing for up to 12 hours.
  • Comfort working with hand tools and power tools such as hammers, utility knives, and cutting tools.
