Job description

Responsibilities:
Deal table games according to established rules and procedures. Calculate payouts and collect wagers accurately. Provide excellent customer service and explain game rules as needed. Monitor gameplay for irregularities and report concerns. Maintain chip counts and table inventories. Follow gaming regulations, security procedures, and responsible gaming practices.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Dealer school certification or casino dealing experience. Ability to obtain required Nevada gaming licenses.
