Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate equipment used in tire manufacturing.
  • Prepare molds, materials, and rubber compounds per specifications.
  • Inspect tires and components to ensure quality standards.
  • Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting.
  • Follow safety procedures and production guidelines.
  • Maintain production records and report any issues.
  • Support team members to meet production targets.

Requirements & Skills:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1+ years of manufacturing experience.
  • Experience working with tires or rubber manufacturing processes.
  • 12 months of forklift and buck truck experience.
