What we pay: $18-$20 Based on Prior Retread Experience$1.50/hour Productivity Bonus AvailablePaid Weekly What you will do: Visually and electronically inspect tires, scanning tires into system, repair tire injuries and fill with extrusion gumBuffing old tread off tire casings, apply new tread compound on casing, operate tire x-ray machine as necessary, and operate curing chamber and monitor equipment settingsOperation of computer-based tracking system throughout the production processMaintain sufficient and accurate inventory levels with regards to material used in the retreading process and utilize the automated inventory-scanning feature to keep inventory levels current
