Come join our race crew! 
 
We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our crew. The team member will be responsible for managing the front desk and doing so with an upbeat and friendly demeanor. Cashier experience is a plus, but we can train the right person. 
 
Responsibilities: 
• Operate the front desk, including checking in customers, maintaining cleanliness of the store and managing cash and credit card transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service to all guests, ensuring they have an amazing and memorable experience.
• Manage and organize race groups, ensuring all races stay on schedule and start on time.
• Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the facility, including the go-karts and the track.
• Monitor race times and report any customer complaints or discrepancies to management.
 
Requirements/Job Description:
• Work in a noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions.
• Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Move about facility and stand for long periods of time.
• Walk or stand 100% of shift.
• Reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently.
• Greets Guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm while performing multiple job functions.
• Smiles and greet Guests upon entering.
• Assists the Guest with all requests and answers questions as needed and makes recommendations on items.
• Provides game assistance by promptly notifying Support Technicians or Management as needed.
• Ensures everything was satisfactory and invites Guests to return.
• Notifies Manager of any Guest that is perceived to be unhappy.
• Maintain a favorable working relationship with all other Team Members to foster and
promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate that will be conducive to maximize
team member morale, productivity, and efficiency/effectiveness
• Must be able to pass a background/drug test. (We are a drug/alcohol free workplace).
• Must be able to work weekends, nights and Holidays.
