Job description

Cashier / Assistant CRM 

We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Cashier / Assistant CRM to join our team. This position is more than just handling payments—you’ll play an important role in creating a positive customer experience, assisting with day-to-day office operations, and helping keep our customer communication running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
  • Handle cashier duties and process customer payments accurately
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls as needed
  • Return and respond to customer voicemails
  • Assist with customer follow-up and CRM-related tasks
  • Answer customer questions and provide helpful assistance
  • Perform light office and administrative duties
  • Maintain accurate data entry and customer information
  • Assist with other general duties as needed

Schedule and Compensation 

  • Starting pay: $18 per hour
  • Monthly bonus opportunity
  • Full-time and part-time positions available
  • Full-time schedule: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Approximately 1–2 Saturdays per month, with Saturday hours of 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; prior BDC, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills — comfortable on the phone, via text, and over email.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools; experience with dealership CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to maintain enthusiasm through high call volumes.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
