Help patients behind the scenes - no blood, no needles, just smart support
At Falck US, Revenue Cycle Management is how we help real people after some of the most stressful moments in their lives. In our EMS RCM environment, strong payer relationships are essential because they directly influence revenue, cash flow, and collection outcomes, while also helping to create a smoother, more supportive experience for our patients.
As a Payor Management Lead in Revenue Cycle Management, your focus will be on keeping payer enrollment, portal access, and electronic billing processes accurate and current. Your work will help support better reimbursement, cash flow, and overall revenue cycle performance, in line with Falck's RCM approach of helping payors, operations, and internal teams do the right thing. This supports a more organized, responsive, and efficient RCM function, which is essential to protecting cash flow and collection outcomes.
In this role, you will
  • Manage payer enrollments, including Medicaid, Medicare, EFT/ERA, ACH, and EDI.
  • Serve as the administrator for payer and provider portals, including access, updates, security, and maintenance.
  • Complete scheduled enrollment activities and respond to ad hoc payer and operational requests in a timely manner.
  • Maintain user reports, enrollment records, tracking logs, and supporting documentation.
  • Research new payer opportunities, tools, and vendor requirements.
  • Communicate with payors, vendors, and internal teams to resolve enrollment and portal issues.
  • Support related RCM operational needs, including cash support, EOB research, unclaimed property, charge updates, and closing activities.
  • Identify process improvements and escalate issues as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support Falck's relationships with payors and operational partners.

You might be a great fit if you have
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience in healthcare, revenue cycle, payer enrollment, provider portals, or related insurance operations.
  • The ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong research and problem-solving skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well with payors, vendors, and internal teams.
  • A forward-thinking approach and the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • A mindset focused on closing the gap between payor processes and provider needs to help support the patient experience.
