  • Acknowledge the presence of our guests IMMEDIATELY, with a friendly greeting.
  • Utilize the tools provided to stay organized. Learn menu and daily specials, keeping in close communication with management.
  • Bus tables and help maintain cleanliness. Restock/organize areas surrounding the check out counters.
  • Handle all POS transactions ethically and according to company policies, including all cash, meal plan or swipe, and Cater Trax orders.
  • Accurately make change for all cash-paying guests, maintain proper counts of all transactions, maintain accurate balance in cash drawer at all times, and reconcile cash drawer after every meal.
