  • Bi-Weekly pay with tips paid out the same day if tipped in cash

Compensation Package
  • Average total compensation of $75,000 includes base salary, commission, and tips for 30 service hours/week.
    • Base rate of $26 to $30 per 50-minute per massage.
  • Tips average 18% to 25% of the nonmember price. The average tip for our base service is $20-$30, and it increases with upgrades.
