  • Use analytics and business insights to optimize collections strategies across the customer lifecycle.ย 
  • Develop reporting, dashboards, forecasts, and business cases to support operational and executive decision-making.ย 
  • Lead initiatives that modernize collections through automation, AI-enabled capabilities, and process optimization.ย 
  • Partner with Credit Risk, Compliance, Legal, Technology, Finance, and Operations teams to deliver strategic initiatives.ย 
  • Evaluate and implement innovative collections tools, technologies, and digital solutions.ย 
  • Support governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management practices across collections operations.ย 
  • Manage relationships with third-party collections partners and support vendor performance and strategy.ย 

What You'll Bringย 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.ย 
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in collections, credit risk, portfolio management, financial services, or customer operations, including leadership experience.ย 
  • Strong knowledge of collections strategies, consumer lending products, and regulatory requirements within a regulated environment.ย 
  • Proven ability to use analytics and data-driven insights to improve business performance and customer outcomes.ย 
  • Experience leading transformation, process improvement, automation, or digital initiatives.ย 
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.ย 
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and analytics tools such as SQL, SAS, Alteryx, Databricks, Power BI, or Tableau.ย 
  • Experience in banking, financial services, telecommunications, or managing third-party collections agencies is considered an asset.ย
