Job description

Our client is one of the fastest growing Multi-Billion Service Firm's with a phenomenal environment, role reports to Controller. Role works with Sales, Operations, and Head of the Business.


Will be responsible for company to assist with leading Financial Operations including Month-End, Budgeting, Forecasting, financial metrics, finance and ad-hoc reports. This professional with be instrumental in the growth of the firms financial operations. Lead and Driving Forecasting cycle, including but not limited to various accounting financial statements.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive Monthly and daily accounting operations including Month-End, Reconciliations, and financial statements including AP/AR review, cash management, banking activities, asset acquisitions, and cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Conduct monthly balance sheet analysis, income statement review, and cash position/budget variance assessments as part of monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
  • Perform monthly financial reporting, including variance and trend analyses.
  • Partner with Controller to research, analyze, and deliver detailed financial analyses supporting decision-making across all organizational levels.
  • Develop and maintain accounting process documentation and manuals.
  • Support staff training, development, and workload management.
  • Maintain compliance with GAAP standards.
  • Complete special projects and other ad-hoc financial functions.


REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of Accounting and Financial operations experience including Financial Statements, Balance Sheet, Income Statement; Strong in GAAP
  • Must have bachelor’s degree; Accounting, Master's and CPA a plus
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently most of the time
  • MS Office proficiency--especially with Excel
  • Problem solver with attention to detail
