Overview
The Investment Solutions Sales Specialist is responsible for advising corporate treasury clients across the Americas on their operational, reserve and strategic liquidity. The role combines direct client coverage with the development and delivery of tailored investment and liquidity solutions across deposits, money market funds, agency reverse repo and related Cash Management products. You will develop a defined portfolio of multinational corporate clients, originate new opportunities and contribute to the achievement of the team's revenue, balance and profitability objectives. Working closely with colleagues across Corporate Coverage, Cash Management, Treasury, Risk Management Solutions and the Investment Bank, you will connect clients' broader treasury priorities with relevant investment solutions. This is a highly client-facing and analytical role offering daily exposure to corporate treasury decision-makers, financial markets and global product partners as part of a closely connected global Investment Solutions Sales team.

What You'll Do
  • Advise a defined portfolio of multinational corporate clients on liquidity and cash investment strategies, considering their liquidity profile, investment policy, duration, yield, credit exposure and operational requirements.
  • Originate, structure, price and coordinate the execution of Cash Management investment solutions, including deposits, money market funds, agency reverse repo and tailored liquidity structures, in close partnership with the relevant product teams.
  • Develop trusted relationships with corporate treasury clients through regular direct interaction, including daily communication through Bloomberg and other channels, and lead client discussions on market developments, liquidity positioning and investment opportunities.
  • Identify new business opportunities by analyzing client and market data, corporate financial information, liquidity events and broader financing or capital markets activity, and convert these insights into actionable client strategies.
  • Develop integrated solutions that connect investment products with broader treasury needs, including liquidity structures, cash collateral, transactional FX and other relevant Corporate Bank capabilities.
  • Collaborate across Corporate Coverage, Cash Management, Treasury, Risk Management Solutions and Investment Bank teams to deliver a coordinated client approach, support product innovation and grow the overall profitability of client relationships.

Skills You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance or another relevant quantitative field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Relevant professional experience in corporate banking, cash management, investment or liquidity solutions, fixed income or money markets, corporate treasury, or asset-liability and balance sheet management.
  • Strong analytical and commercial judgment, including the ability to evaluate pricing, yield, liquidity and risk considerations and translate the analysis into clear client recommendations.
  • Demonstrated client-facing experience and the ability to explain financial products and market developments clearly and confidently to corporate treasury professionals and other senior stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple client opportunities, coordinate across stakeholders and deliver accurate work under time pressure.

  • Knowledge of corporate treasury practices, investment policies, liquidity management, financial markets and the factors influencing short-term interest rates and corporate cash deployment.

  • Proficiency in Excel and the ability to use data and financial analysis to evaluate opportunities and support client recommendations.

It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York, NY office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York is $97,000 -$160,500. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
