Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, specific skills, relevant work experience, relevant education and/or training, and performance related bonuses and incentives.What you’ll do as a F&I Manager:T reat every customer in a friendly, professional manner, regardless of the customers financing or purchasing decision, or credit abilityManage overall production of reserve income , F&I product penetrations and income , and per-vehicle retail ( PVR ) averages in accordance with company standardsSet up monthly forecasting in conjunction with the sales department forecasting; Use the forecast to establish and meet monthly objectivesSubmit all paperwork to (and obtain approval from) finance sources on all finance deals; finalize all paperwork necessary in the car deal in a timely manner and submit to the accounting officeCollect and safeguard all money and fees required in the transactionsAssist the dealership in managing deal and cash flow in accordance with the company Contracts-In-Transit (CIT) guidelinesAt first glance, there’s nothing remarkable at Ken Garff .
