Overview
Love working with numbers? Parkwest Casinos is bringing a fresh face to the casino industry. To help aid in the creation of this new casino culture, Parkwest Casino is looking to hire a cage cashier. This cage cashier will be responsible for preparing and completing all Cage transactions and maintaining and securing financial assets of the casino. The Cage Cashier encourages and maintains the highest standards of guest service ensuring an experience the guests won't forget, which will keep them coming back for more! Responsibilities
  1. A successful Cage Cashier will be able to understand the concept of exchanging non-monetary items (chips) for cash.
  2. Cage Cashiers are expected to be competent in basic math and computer skills.
  3. Cage Cashiers should expect to work any shift. Must be available to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
  4. Guest service is of the utmost importance. We take pride in our guests and the service we give them on a daily basis. We hope that with your help we can reach the next level of customer service.
  5. Cage Cashiers should be able to prioritize daily tasks while working under pressure with minimal supervision.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.
  • Open availability. Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Grave shifts are a must.
  • MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD!!!
  • Must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.
  • Must be able to pass a mandatory drug test, criminal background and credit check.
  • Must be available to work anytime. ONLY OPEN AVAILABILITY WILL BE CONSIDER.

Physical and mental qualifications
  • Must be able to lift and carry tools, supplies, and inventory up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to walk, stand, and bend at neck for 6 or more hours a day.
  • Position will require repetitive use of hands for the following actions; simple and power grasping, fine manipulation, pushing & pulling and reaching for entire shift.
  • Position may require exposure to excessive noise.
  • Must be able to perform all essential duties with or without accommodation.
