What You’ll Do / Key Responsibilities

As our Janitorial Shift Supervisor, you will lead by example to keep our client's facility looking its absolute best. In this role, you will:

  • Guide, support, and supervise employees during the evening shift.

  • Coordinate daily with your team to tackle special cleaning projects and assign tasks.

  • Assist the Manager in making sure the building matches our high standards.

  • Jump in and help with general cleaning, pulling trash, dusting, cleaning restrooms, and vacuuming as needed.
