Position Purpose:
Under direct supervision, the Cash App Coordinator receives funds from customers and records monetary transactions. The Cash App Coordinator communicates and interacts with vendors/banks and coworkers professionally, ensuring questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner. Functions as a team member within the department and organization.
The Cash Application Representative position will perform the following duties:
  • Record and process checks received into the lockbox/onsite
  • Record batches and applies to invoices
  • Research and resolve over and short payments
  • Contact vendors to resolve problems relating to payments
  • Provide support as needed with researching and resolving unapplied cash
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
