Job description

3rd Shift: 9:30 PM - 6:00 AM, Monday - Friday

Duties and responsibilities 

  • Pack and seal printing products in the assign boxes according to the size and quantity. 
  • Machine Operation & Learning, Operated and developed proficiency with large format/wide format machinery for printing, cutting, fabrication, packing, and shipping.
  • Load materials and products into processing equipment.
  • Measure, weight, and count products and materials.
  • Read shipping labels and ensure correct quantity/product.
  • Check orders on computers using the company’s database.
  • Communicate with the management team to ensure all duties assigned are completed.
  • Ensure that a clean and orderly work area is stocked with supplys.
  • Report any and all workplace hazards to management immediately.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance.
  • Maintaining efficiency while meeting quality standards and deadlines
  • Taking on additional responsibilities as skills grow and business needs require
  • Following safety guidelines and maintaining a clean, organized workspace
  • Communicate equipment and material problems with management and vendors in a timely manner.
  • Perform scheduled color and image quality tests and notify manager upon found issues.
  • Must be proactive with completing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications 

  • At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment. 
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and with team members
  • Strong customer service mindset and pride in quality work
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jack)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately
  • Comfortable using computers and related systems
  • Adaptable and eager to learn new processes
  • Strong time management in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail
  • Reliable and takes initiative when needed
  • Physically capable of working in a production environment
  • Mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn machine setup and maintenance

Physical requirements

  • Standing/Walking (at least 75% of shift)
  • Lifting/Pushing/Pulling up to 50 lb. (at least 50% of shift)
  • Bending/Twisting/Squatting (at least 50% of shift)
