Warehouse Order Selector
Methuen, ME 01844 - Onsite 
Shift

  • 1st Shift 6am - 2pm OT is optional during training. OT is optional during training. Once candidate is converted to FTE, OT is based on seniority

Work Schedule

  • Schedule 1: Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
  • Schedule 2: Sunday, Monday Tuesday, Friday, Saturday.

*Schedules are determined based on what week the workers start.
Note: MUST be legally authorized to work in the United States.
POSITION OVERVIEW

  • Company is seeking Warehouse Order Selectors for temp to hire opportunities supporting distribution center operations.
  • This role includes a 17-week structured training and evaluation period, after which workers may be considered for full-time employment based on performance.

Candidate Profile:

  • Training is available in both English and Spanish. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply. All employees must be able to follow safety procedures and training instructions.
  • Demonstrated reliability and consistent attendance

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Use voice - controlled system to select full case grocery, frozen and or/other perishable products using a ride on electric pallet jack. Headsets will be worn throughout entire shift
  • Palletize cases and prepare pallets to ship to local stores
  • Candidates must be able to lift up to 60 lbs. at any given time to shoulder level and up to 60 lbs. Overhead, throughout an entire shift
  • **Please ensure candidates are fully aware of the physical requirements of this role prior to submission. Workers will be responsible for individually lifting and moving products as part of their regular job duties
  • Candidates must be able to obtain clearance to ride an electric pallet jack and other equipment as necessary

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • Paid lunch: 11:15am – 11:45am
  • Break: 8:45am – 9:00am
  • Public transportation: Not available
  • Free onsite parking

Hiring Process:

  • Pre-Employment Site Tours (Required)
  • Candidate must confirm their availability prior to submission. Please provide dates for when the candidates are available at the top of the resumes so we can schedule accordingly
  • Candidates will meet with supervisor after the tour one on one for a few minutes. Final hiring decisions will be communicated after the tour has been completed
