Job description

Work with a case load of resident children and adolescents who have engaged in harmful sexual behaviors. Responsibilities include participation in the development and implementation of treatment plans; facilitating case conferences and client-oriented team meetings with internal and external entities; conducting case load meetings; providing supervision and guidance; implementation of safety and health procedures; behavior, incident and assessment documentation; engagement in appropriate physical therapeutic interventions when needed; planning activities; transporting residents; and other duties. Training includes First Aid, CPR, Infection Control, Medication, Maltreatment of Minors and Vulnerable Adults, and physical intervention techniques.
