Job description

Hodges Trial Lawyers is seeking a Paralegal to join our growing team. We are a small, team-oriented law firm, and we’re looking for someone who is not only capable and dependable, but also a great fit for our culture.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in domestic relations and/or probate law. However, we welcome applicants with experience in other areas of legal practice, as many of the skills transfer well across practice areas.

We also encourage applicants with legal education, paralegal certifications, or other relevant training to apply. If you’re motivated, eager to learn, and the right fit for our team, we’d love to hear from you.

This position may involve:

  • Preparing and filing legal documents, pleadings, discovery and correspondence
  • Managing attorney calendars and court deadlines
  • Communicating with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
  • Organizing case files and maintaining accurate records
  • Assisting attorneys with case preparation and administrative support
