Catastrophic Field Case Manager (RN)

Full-Time | Permanent | Remote Field-Based | New Orleans, LA

We are seeking experienced and self-driven Registered Nurses (RNs) with a background in catastrophic workers’ compensation case management. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering both independence in managing your caseload and the potential to earn bonuses.

As a Field Case Manager, you will play a critical role in coordinating care for injured workers by collaborating with medical providers, therapists, employers, and insurance carriers to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-person assessments and ongoing case management for catastrophic injury cases.
  • Coordinate and monitor medical treatment plans.
  • Serve as a liaison between injured workers, healthcare providers, employers, and insurers.
