Job Summary and Qualifications

A Case Management Assistant provides administrative and operational support to case managers, social workers, or healthcare professionals in managing and coordinating client services. This role involves assisting with documentation, scheduling, and communication with clients and external agencies, helping to ensure that cases are handled efficiently and that clients receive appropriate services.
