Job description

LaSalle Network is seeking a motivated Case Associate to support the care coordination and billing team at a mission-driven nonprofit. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and motivated by meaningful work that helps seniors live independently. You'll support the care coordination and billing team by assisting with case documentation, importing data into billing systems, responding to phone inquiries, and preparing billing reports.
Responsibilities:
  • Process and document case files accurately, including hard copy and electronic records
  • Maintain timely billing processes and submit required documentation to providers within specified deadlines
  • Communicate professionally with providers, participants, and internal staff
  • Perform general administrative duties including answering phone calls, emailing documents, and data entry
  • Shadow and support senior Case Associates to learn processes and protocols
  • Participate in onboarding, training, and process improvement initiatives
  • Take initiative to identify tasks, ask questions, and proactively support team needs
  • Utilize SharePoint, Excel, and other internal software platforms effectively
  • Manage multiple priorities and switch tasks as urgent needs arise

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong computer skills: Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, Google Workspace, and general technology proficiency
  • Excellent typing, data entry, and documentation skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
