What is a case aide?

Case aides are support professionals who assist social workers, case managers, or other human services staff in providing services to clients. They often help with administrative tasks, transportation, documentation, and client outreach, ensuring that caseworkers can focus on more complex aspects of client care. Case aides may work in settings such as child welfare agencies, healthcare facilities, or community organizations, and play a vital role in supporting both clients and staff throughout the service process.

As a case aide, your responsibilities may include helping clients fill out required paperwork, processing the forms, and make recommendations for additional service agencies.
