As part of our team, your Guest Service Attendant duties will include: (Duties and Responsibilities)

As part of the WOW Carwash Team, you will participate in our 360-degree environmental commitment, help us promote and partner with local organizations and worthy causes, and learn about the most advanced carwash technology available today. As part of our team, your Guest Service Attendant duties will include: (Duties and Responsibilities)

  • Increasing Guest Satisfaction
  • Ensure that each Guest receives a WOW Carwash best in class service experience.
  • Educate each Guest about our services, Guest benefits and operations and answer questions to each Guests satisfaction.
  • Guest questions are answered correctly, quickly, and in a friendly manner.
  • Help to achieve and exceed sales goals (Unlimited Wash Sales, Single Wash Ticket Average, Add on sales, etc.)
  • Reduce Damage Claims
  • Guide each vehicle onto the conveyor quickly, safely and maintain minimal space between vehicles.
  • The loading procedure is followed precisely, including smiling at the Guest and ending with two thumbs up.
  • Check every Guest’s vehicle before they enter the car wash to ensure that the vehicle does not have any visible safety issues 
  • Complete WOW Carwash daily cleaning duties as assigned.    
  • Ensure that the entire site (Welcome Stations, tunnel, signage, vacuum and lot area, office, restroom, equipment and breakroom) adheres to the WOW Carwash standard.
  • Complete opening and/or closing procedures on shift.
  • Complete WOW carwash daily, weekly, monthly and preventative maintenance duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate for the Guest Service Attendant position will possess the following traits: (Qualifications)

  • Must be at least 18

  • Basic computer skills
  • Must be able to take direction and follow instructions well
