Cross Creeks Country Club (CCCC) has an immediate need for Cart Attendant. This will be a full-time non-exempt position, with a schedule ranging from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM with up to 40 hours and weekends required.

Duties & Responsibilities for Cart Attendant
The Cart Attendant at Crossing Creeks Country Club is responsible for providing excellent customer service to members and guests, efficiency of cart loading, cart cleanliness, staging, and storing. The Cart Attendant will strive to provide the highest level of professionalism and customer service for our members and guests on the course.
  • Maintaining a high level of top-notch customer service and professionalism to a wide range of diverse customers
  • Assisting with checking in golf members and guests
  • Ensuring and maintaining a constant supply of cleaned carts for Golfers.
  • Cleaning carts
  • Performing superficial maintenance on carts
  • Picking up and washing range balls as needed
  • Completing required checklist for golfers as requested by Club Supervisor such as filling sand bottles on the first tee, taking out/returning water coolers, preliminary course trash pick-up.
  • Coordinating members needs and generally assisting members as requested
  • Reporting any issues/problems to Club Supervisor immediately - follow chain of command
  • Showing leadership and direction with co-workers and other staff members
