Job description

Mini Bot WranglerResponsibilities
  • Assist with cleaning, housekeeping, heavy lifting, and support operations as needed.
  • Symbotic creates robotic solutions for warehouses, each robot is an order selector and carries each item to load for each pallet.
  • All candidates start as general help and will be trained.
  • The cell operator will be responsible for the processing of pallets and communicate problems with the system.
  • Load equipment with product and offload.
  • Operate machinery by pushing basic buttons and monitoring machine operation.
  • Pay close attention to detail to ensure accurate processing.
  • Climb ladders ranging from 4 to 25 feet and enter confined spaces when necessary.
  • Clean up spills on the deck surface and perform basic cleaning and visual inspections of the Bots.
  • Operate a manual pump cart to place and remove bots from storage hotels.
  • Maintain general housekeeping of the Bot lift and induction staging area.
Essential Skills
  • Experience with wrench, power tools, general labor, repair, assembly.
  • Knowledge in manufacturing, production, mechanical assembly, hand tools, and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to communicate issues effectively to managers and engineers on-site.
  • Analyzing faults and troubleshooting issues through custom Human Machine Interface (HMI).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
