Job description

Join our dynamic team as a High-end Carpet Store Manager delivering exceptional customer experiences in the luxury flooring industry. You must have carpet and flooring experience in order to manage the daily operations of the store. You will be handling all Sales activity, warehouse management, receiving deliveries, placing all material orders, handling customer issues and much more while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Product knowledge is essential. If you have the ability to do measurements and operate a forklift that would be a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily sales activities and drive revenue growth
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client inquiries
  • Control and maintain accurate inventory levels
  • Process orders efficiently and ensure timely fulfillment
  • Generate and analyze performance reports for management review
  • Handle shipping and receiving in the warehouse
  • Utilize Excel and Microsoft Office to generate proposals

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in flooring industry
  • Must be computer proficient
