We are a growing Custom Home Builder looking for Journeyman Carpenters to join our team! Located on the island of Kauai, we design and build cutting-edge homes in one of the most beautiful tropical locations in the world!
What do you need to be a Journeyman Carpenter with us?


  • At least 6 years of experience in all phases of construction and carpentry
  • A high level of competency in rough and finish carpentry
  • A high degree of precision and attention to detail
  • Ability to install framing, decking, cabinets, crown and base moldings, custom doors and windows, and all other finish and trim carpentry work
  • A complete understanding of all construction techniques, as well as related code compliance
  • Ability to read blueprints
  • A complete set of carpentry tools
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • A dependable, professional, and dedicated work ethic
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
