Production and Assembly Operators

If so, Reliant Finishing Systems, established in 2005, is the place for you! We have a diverse team of talented craftsmen who manufacture equipment used for powder coating and industrial painting. We also produce large-scale ovens for industrial curing applications. We have recently enjoyed substantial growth from the sale of projects involving large and complex coating systems. Reliant products are used throughout North America by customers like Altec, Rawlings, and SpaceX. We've cultivated a challenging but informal environment where you're valued for your contributions instead of how you dress.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Strong work ethic required
  • Pulling and packing parts and components
  • Assembly using hand tools and power tools
  • Basic computer knowledge to run CNC machinery
  • Crating, palleting and woodworking
  • Using precision tooling to ensure quality standards are met
  • Safety compliance

Required Skills/Experience:

The successful candidate must be capable of using hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and be able to repeatedly lift up to 80 lbs.

Desired Skills/Experience:

Brake Machine and Punch Press experience a plus. Carpentry and woodworking experience a plus. Prior military experience highly valued.


Hours and Schedule:

  • Weekends/holidays off
  • Full Time: 4 day/40 hour work week Monday through Thursday 7:00am to 5:30pm
  • Frequent Friday Overtime

Pay Frequency:

  • Bi-weekly

Benefits:

  • Starting pay $18 to $25/hr depending on experience
  • Paid time off after 90 days
