We are hiring a Trim Carpenter to help manage the day-to-day logistics of active residential construction and renovation projects. This is a hands-on site role focused on keeping jobs organized, clean, safe, and running smoothly so the lead carpenter and project team can stay focused on high-level building execution.

The ideal candidate has residential construction experience, strong organizational skills, a service-minded approach, and the desire to grow with a company that values professionalism, communication, and continuous improvement. Qualified candidates will complete a video interview as the first step, and selected candidates may then be invited to interview in person.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily jobsite logistics, deliveries, materials, and site organization
  • Help maintain clean, safe, and professional jobsites
  • Support client satisfaction by ensuring the site is well-managed and communication is clear
  • Assist with house protection, jobsite setup, and ongoing site maintenance
  • Coordinate with field team members, subcontractors, vendors, and company leadership
  • Track jobsite details and updates in JobTread or similar construction management software
  • Help identify issues early and communicate them promptly
  • Support the lead carpenter and project team so work can move efficiently
  • Represent Donatelli Builders with professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of residential construction, remodeling, site coordination, or related experience required
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to keep a jobsite clean, safe, efficient, and client-ready
  • Comfortable using technology and willing to work within JobTread; JobTread experience is a plus
  • Growth-minded attitude and willingness to contribute to the company's continued improvement
  • Must value dedication, integrity, transparency, effective communication, attention to detail, and best practice mastery
  • Clean driving record and reliable transportation required
