Our established luxury residential construction firm is seeking an experienced full-time senior project manager who understands both high-end remodeling and new construction. You must understand framing, fine finish carpentry, tile, and more. A balance between attention to detail, customer service, and efficiency is essential. Requirements:
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years (10+ years preferred)
  • Lead Project Execution: Drive all phases of luxury remodeling and custom home projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to LaBonte's uncompromising standards of quality.
  • Technical Knowledge: Demonstrates comprehensive and practical knowledge of all trades essential for luxury construction including UDC and job costing.

  • Technological Proficiency: Computer literate with proven ability in project management software, scheduling, and digital communication tools.
