Silver Maple, Vermont's renowned design-and-build company, is growing - and we're looking for a Full-Time Carpenter who takes pride in exceptional craftsmanship. You'll work on a rare mix of residential, commercial, and aviation projects, all from our campus in beautiful New Haven, Vermont.

What You'll Do

  • Execute high-quality carpentry across residential, commercial, and aviation projects
  • Handle both structural work (framing) and finish carpentry (trim, doors, cabinetry)
  • Read blueprints and follow detailed construction plans
  • Collaborate with a tight-knit team to deliver results that exceed client expectations
