A Carpentry Manager oversees carpentry projects, coordinating teams of carpenters and ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to specification. They are responsible for scheduling, budgeting, and managing materials and equipment. Additionally, Carpentry Managers ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations, resolve on-site issues, and communicate progress to clients or senior management. A Carpentry Manager often encounters challenges such as coordinating schedules among diverse team members, ensuring all work complies with safety and quality standards, and managing supply chain issues that may impact material availability.
