Carpenter / Laborer – Residential Remodeling & Construction
Tocci Construction LLC

Tocci Construction LLC is looking for a reliable Carpenter/Laborer to join our growing team. We work on residential remodeling and construction projects throughout Central Massachusetts. Job locations vary, but most of our work stays within the Central MA area.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up on time, and is willing to learn and grow with the company. Experience is preferred, but a strong work ethic and willingness to work hard are just as important.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable vehicle and transportation
  • Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding environment
  • Ability to work well with others and follow directions
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Must be dependable and punctual

Responsibilities

  • Framing, finish carpentry, and general construction tasks
  • Demolition and job site preparation
  • Installation of siding, trim, doors, windows, and other building materials
