CDL Class B Driver/Facility Maintenance Techician
Mobile, AL | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | $18.00-$20.00/Hour DOE | Temp-to-Hire
No Nights. No Weekends. No Overnight Travel. Local Routes Only.

A respected organization is seeking a dependable Facility Maintenance Technician with a CDL Class B to maintain its facility and safely transport a mobile unit to community outreach events throughout the Mobile area.

What You'll Do
  • Perform general building maintenance and minor repairs
  • Change light bulbs and ceiling tiles
  • Unclog sinks and complete basic plumbing repairs
  • Perform light carpentry, painting, and touch-up work
  • Troubleshoot routine building maintenance issues
  • Assist with preventative maintenance projects
  • Transport the mobile healthcare unit to local community outreach events throughout the Mobile area
  • Help set up and secure the mobile unit before and after events
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment
What We're Looking For
  • Valid CDL Class B License with a clean driving record
