POSITION –
Décor Associate

JOB LOCATION –Fond du Lac, WI

STARTING DATE –Immediate

EMPLOYMENT TERM –Regular

EMPLOYMENT TYPE –Full-Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) –1st Shift (6:00am – 4:00pm M-Th, OT on Fri)
2nd Shift (3:30pm - 1:30am M-Th, OT on Fri)

STARTING PAY –Depends on Experience, $13 per hour

BENEFITS –Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus

REQUIRED EDUCATION –High School Diploma/GED

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE –See Qualifications

Responsibilities

-Cutting, fabrication and prepping wood products
- Producing and assembly of half walls top cap decor, multi layer decor, art elements
- Use of table saw, pin nailers, routers, drills and cut-off saws as needed for projects
- Sand and prep surfaces for paint and/or staining

Qualifications

-High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to use a tape measure and to apply measurements to processes
- Show initiative and demonstrated ability to accurately complete assigned tasks
- Ability to operate hand tools such as sanders, hand drills, miter saw, skill saw, various drills, buffer, utility knife, etc
- Ability to read basic shop drawings

It was a tradition that names derived in such a way would bring success to that person or business. So, from Carol’s home, SEEK assignment employees were sent to serve the temporary needs of Ozaukee County business people. The business grew and was eventually incorporated in 1975. The Grafton office expanded from Carol’s home to several other buildings in town before finally settling in their current location on Opportunity Drive in Grafton in 1997.
