Pay Rate: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
  • 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
TRG Staffing Solutions is currently hiring Carpenter Helpers for a growing construction company. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals with carpentry or general construction experience who are eager to contribute to residential and commercial construction projects.
Job Responsibilities
  • Assist carpenters with framing, finish carpentry, remodeling, and general construction tasks.
  • Measure, cut, and assemble building materials according to project specifications.
  • Safely operate and maintain hand tools and power tools.
  • Load, unload, and organize construction materials and equipment.
  • Prepare and clean job sites before, during, and after projects.
  • Assist with the installation of lumber, trim, drywall, siding, flooring, doors, windows, and other building materials.
  • Follow blueprints, measurements, and supervisor instructions.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the lead carpenter or project supervisor.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in carpentry or general construction.
  • Knowledge of residential and/or commercial carpentry practices.
  • Experience using common hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment.
  • Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic construction math.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
