To thrive as a Carpentry Helper, you need a basic understanding of construction methods, skill with hand and power tools, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Familiarity with measuring devices, saws, drills, and adherence to workplace safety protocols is typically required. Reliability, physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions make someone stand out in this position.
