Job description

ServiceMaster of Seattle is a Disaster Restoration Company serving Washington State and beyond. We mitigate and restore properties damaged by floods, fires, windstorms, freezes, etc. We have been in business since 1984 and are a National Award-winning company based in Woodinville WA.
We're hiring a Construction Carpenter who can confidently handle residential and light commercial projects from start to finish. This is not an entry-level position - we're looking for someone who shows up prepared, works efficiently, and maintains high standards without being micromanaged.
This position is based out of our Woodinville office:
21220 87th AVE SE
Woodinville, WA 98072
Schedule - Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm. Possible on-call opportunities as well.
This position offers $28 an hour, plus uncapped bonuses.
Responsibilities
  • Framing, drywall, trim, and finish carpentry
  • Cabinet and fixture installation
  • Painting
  • Flooring (LVP, sheet, carpet not required but preferred)
  • Minor structural repairs
  • Job site setup and cleanup
  • Communicating clearly with project managers and team members
  • Maintaining quality control and safety standard

What we are looking for
  • 3+ years of carpentry experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of residential construction practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Professional attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying site conditions
