Job Title: Construction Laborer (Weekend Shift)Job Description

The Construction Laborer on the weekend shift works indoors in a permanent, state-of-the-art facility, using hand and power tools to support off-site volumetric construction. You collaborate closely with a small, supportive team to perform framing, drywall, and light electrical tasks in the Utility/Rework department, contributing directly to high-quality modular construction in an innovation-driven environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with off-site volumetric construction activities in an indoor, permanent facility.
  • Perform framing tasks using carpentry techniques, hand tools, and power tools.
  • Install, repair, and finish drywall as part of the construction and rework process.
  • Support light electrical work in the Utility/Rework department under appropriate guidance.
  • Use tape measures accurately, including measurements down to 1/16", to ensure precise cuts and fits.
  • Operate hand, power, and pneumatic tools safely and efficiently to maintain production flow.
  • Contribute to maintaining a stable production phase and high up-time of the factory’s operations.
  • Identify issues on the line and help resolve them by applying strong problem-solving skills.
  • Work collaboratively with team members, communicating clearly to coordinate tasks and priorities.
  • Follow safety procedures and best practices while working around automated equipment and robots.
  • Perform physically active tasks, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and lifting 50+ pounds regularly.
  • Support rework activities by correcting defects or making adjustments to meet quality standards.

Pay and Benefits
