Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  • Ability to set forms accurately in all concrete applications including footings, walls, paving, SOG and sidewalks
  • Ability to tie rebar in both horizontal and vertical concrete applications
  • Assist in placement of concrete pours

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds or greater occasionally and 25-50 pounds frequently
  • Must be able to work outdoors and stand for majority of the day
  • Must be able to perform tasks while walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and handling

Additional responsibilities will be assigned based on experience and performance

Other considerations:

  • All offers of employment are conditioned by successfully passing a background check, drug screen and physical capacity test
  • Wages are based on experience and performance
  • Must be able to work outside the normal operating hours (7am-4pm, winter/fall 7am-3:30pm, spring/summer)
  • Employees are responsible for transportation to and from the job site

  • Tool Bag (Includes Framing Hammer - Min 16oz., 25' Tape Measure, Nail Bag, Nail Puller, Quick Square, Utility Knife) 
  • Wire Wheel & Plyers 
  • Chalk Line 
  • 4' Level 
  • 10-12 lb. Sledge Hammer 
  • Rubber Boots
